This May and early June, Master Chen Bing will provide detailed instruction in the core principles and essential components required for mastering taiji practice.
The intent of this workshop is to provide practitioners with tools to move far beyond choreography into a deep understanding of tai chi principles.

Special session: Taiji for essential tremor

This is special session explores taiji practice to help symptoms of essential tremor, the most common form of tremor (more common than Parkinson's), which is often under-treated despite sometimes debilitating effects. Contact Sean directly if you are interested.

These sessions will provide detailed exploration of key taiji body mechanics through practice of the traditional laojia yilu routine.

The Sunday sessions will cover the thirteen postures (energies and directions) of taiji through Master Chen Bing's 13 movement routine. This includes:
